- The players must choose a security word, which they will say when they want to stop any of the actions that are carried out in each of the 30 days.
- It is recommended that both participants should have great trust between them.
- It must be played with a round-tipped-scissors if the submissive feels overwhelmed.
- Never have anything tied around the neck.
- Do not tie too strong.
- There must be a master and another slave role that may alternate during the 30 days.
- The tests will increase in intensity as the day´s progress.
